JAR <\/span>gelooft in de kracht van <\/span>Futsal<\/span>(zaalvoetbal). <\/span>Het inzetten van <\/span>futsal<\/span> als middel heeft voor ons een aantal voordelen:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Futsal<\/span> is een middel wat veel jongeren aantrekt. Bij <\/span>de <\/span>gemiddelde jongere in <\/span>Feijenoord (Rotterdam-Zuid), staat futsal meestal hoog in het lijstje van interesses.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Futsal is een middel om een vertrouwensband op te starten. Dit kan een mooie opstap zijn om <\/span>ontwikkeling aan te wakkeren bij de doelgroep.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Futsal<\/span> heeft de kracht, met al haar facetten, om de maatschappij na te bootsen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wij programmeren twee keer per week op vaste dagen. Hiermee bieden wij<\/span> <\/span>structuur en continu\u00efteit<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ons programma bestaat verder uit w<\/span>orkshops, voorlichtingen en <\/span>coaching.<\/span> In de kern gaa<\/span>n we in op <\/span>(sociale)vaardigheden<\/span> <\/span>en weerbaarheid. Dit wisselen we af met coachgesprekken. <\/span>We maken graag een vertaalslag naar <\/span>bijvoorbeeld <\/span>(<\/span>gedrag op<\/span>)<\/span> school of thuis. <\/span><\/p>\n

O<\/span>nze coaches zijn op verschillende vlakken geschoold. Denk aan het bezit van een SKJ-registratie, welke stelt dat men in staat is om met jongeren en gezinnen aan de slag te gaan. Dit biedt ons mogelijkheid om te werken aan individuele begeleiding en ontwikkeling. Wij hebben een open houding, zijn empathisch en <\/span>staan<\/span> naast de jongeren in plaats van boven hen.<\/span><\/p>\n

O<\/span>m de cirkel rond te maken geloven we ook in een stukje doen<\/span> <\/span>en ervaren<\/span>(succeservaring)<\/span>. Deelnemers van <\/span>JAR<\/span> kunnen laagdrempelig aansluiten bij klusjes en activiteiten in <\/span>hun eigen <\/span>wijk. De jongeren worden geactiveerd om zich voor de wijk in te zetten. Op die manier kunnen jongeren laagdrempelig werken aan hun ontwikkeling in hun <\/span>eigen <\/span>vertrouwde omgeving. <\/span>Via deze website komen <\/span>aanvragen<\/span> binnen, maar <\/span>o.a.<\/span> Woonstad, bewoners<\/span> en <\/span>gemeente Rotterdam<\/span> <\/span>hebben ons al kunnen vinden. <\/span><\/p>\n
